We bring recess to work so employees can disconnect, recharge, and reset. 

Our Why 

Recess is the reset button we all need—especially now. 

 

With stress being at an all-time high and burnout the new norm, your lifestyle, wellbeing, and work environments are taking a hit.

Recess is here to break the cycle of stress and burnout!

Led by women who’ve experienced burnout firsthand, Recess offers thoughtfully curated experiences that invite your team to creatively integrate stress management into their day, offering a much-needed reset.

This is an invitation for your employees to play​, like they did as kids during recess.

They will step away from the screen to play, breathe, reflect, and reset.

How Does It Work?

Book a 1-hour, 2-hour, half-day or full-day for your team.

We offer a mix of activities for unstructured time of their choosing:

  • Puzzles, Games, Crafts

  • Journal/Reflection Session

  • Chair Yoga

  • Breathwork

  • Artist-Led Projects


Each participant takes home a journal and craft item.

Schedule as often as you’d like: bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, or part of your half-day or full-day company retreats or offsite meetings. 

We bring the supplies and fun. You supply the space (and people, duh!)

It’s all fun and games. Literally.​

(And some deep breaths or quiet time, too.)
